FAQ – Lashes & Nails

Frequently Asked Questions

🌟 Applying Your False Lashes

  1. Measure & trim – Hold the lash strip against your eye and trim any excess from the outer edge.
  2. Apply glue – Run a thin layer of lash glue along the band. Less is more!
  3. Wait 30–45 seconds – Let the glue get tacky before placing the lashes.
  4. Place & press – Starting from the center, press the band as close to your natural lash line as possible, then secure the inner and outer corners.
  5. Blend – Gently press your natural lashes and the false lashes together with your fingertip or a lash applicator. Finish with mascara if desired.

💅 Applying Your Press-On Nails

  1. Prep your nails – Clean, push back cuticles, and lightly buff the nail surface. Wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove any oils.
  2. Size up – Match each press-on to the correct finger before you start.
  3. Apply adhesive – Apply the included adhesive tab or a small drop of nail glue to your natural nail.
  4. Press & hold – Align the press-on at your cuticle, press down firmly, and hold for 10–15 seconds.
  5. Seal the edges – Run your thumb along the sides to ensure no lifting.

⏱ How Long Do They Last?

False lashes: With proper care, our lashes can be reused up to 15–20 times. A single-day wear typically lasts 12–16 hours with a quality lash glue. (Mine preferably)

Press-on nails: Using nail glue, press-ons last 1–2 weeks. Using adhesive tabs, expect 3–5 days — perfect for events or weekend looks!

🧴 Removing Your False Lashes Safely

  1. Apply a small amount of oil-based makeup remover or micellar water along the lash band using a cotton swab.
  2. Let it sit for 20–30 seconds to dissolve the glue.
  3. Gently peel from the outer corner inward — never yank or pull forcefully.
  4. Remove any remaining glue residue from the band by rolling it off with your fingers.
  5. Store lashes in their original tray to maintain their shape.

🧴 Removing Your Press-On Nails Safely

  1. Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the bond.
  2. Gently wiggle a cuticle stick under the edge of the press-on to lift it — do not force or snap it off.
  3. If resistance remains, soak for a few more minutes or apply a drop of acetone to the edge.
  4. Once removed, moisturize your nails and cuticles with a nourishing oil.

🔧 Lash Glue Tips

  • How much to use: A thin, even line along the entire band is all you need. Too much glue can make application messy and cause irritation.
  • Drying time: Wait 30–45 seconds after applying glue before placing the lash. The glue should look slightly clear and feel tacky — not wet.
  • Latex-free options: If you have sensitive eyes or a latex sensitivity, look for latex-free lash adhesives.
  • Pro tip: Never apply glue directly from the tube to your lash band. Squeeze a small amount onto a surface and use a toothpick or brush for precision.
